By accessing or using Credit Score Revival’s services, including our website (www.creditscorerevival.com) and SMS text messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
- SMS Text Messaging Program Terms
2.1 Program Description
Credit Score Revival operates an SMS text messaging program (“SMS Program”) to communicate with clients regarding:
- Credit repair consultation scheduling
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Service updates and follow-up communications
- Customer support and inquiries
2.2 Opt-In and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS Program, you:
- Consent to receive text messages from Credit Score Revival
- Confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the provided phone number
- Acknowledge that consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services
Opt-In Methods: You may opt-in to our SMS Program by:
- Providing your phone number through our lead generation partners
- Checking the SMS consent box on our website forms
- Responding affirmatively to an initial opt-in message
2.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service engagement. During active credit repair services, you may receive:
- Up to 9 messages per lead throughout the service lifecycle
- Messages sent between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time
- Day 1, Day 3, and Day 6 follow-up sequences
- Appointment reminders (24 hours and 1 hour before scheduled appointments)
2.4 Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt-out of the SMS Program at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message from Credit Score Revival
- Contacting us at info@creditscorerevival.com or 888-882-0041
Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt-in.

2.6 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Credit Score Revival does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge for messages sent and received. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
2.7 Supported Carriers
Our SMS Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carrier coverage and message delivery are not guaranteed.
2.8 Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by network conditions, phone settings, or carrier limitations.
2.9 Privacy and Data Use
Your phone number and SMS data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at: https://www.creditscorerevival.com/privacy-policy
We collect and use your phone number to:
- Deliver SMS messages related to our services
- Track message delivery and engagement
- Improve our communication services
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
We do not sell or rent your phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes.

3.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Responding to our communications in a timely manner
- Attending scheduled appointments
- Following recommended credit improvement strategies
- Fees and Payment
Service fees and payment terms will be provided during your consultation. By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in your service agreement.

5.1 Scheduling
Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time. Appointments can be scheduled via:
- SMS text message responses
- Phone call to 888-882-0041
- Our online scheduling system
5.2 Cancellations and No-Shows
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in service limitations or termination.
- Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our communications, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Credit Score Revival and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Score Revival shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or SMS Program.
- Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services or SMS Program at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
